Improve WebClaw Welcome/Connect Screen

The instructions are unclear, you need to provide .env.local and then both npm install and npm run dev
If you only run dev you remain stuck on the screen even if .env.local is filled.
It would help if you could vibecode a quick form to fill that creates the secrets.
