Deno lock file issue with fastest-validator

Every single time I pull from my Git repo, I get this error:
```
error: The source code is invalid, as it does not match the expected hash in the lock file.
  Specifier: https://esm.sh/fastest-validator@1.16.0
  Lock file: /Users/sean/Repositories/zenjs/deno.lock
  ```
The only solution is to delete the lock file and run again. Every time. :-)
