[BUG] Verification purge feature does not work periodically

The verification purge feature has a problem with its auto-start frequency, I am not in this channel anymore so I only remember vaguely but I think it's a problem where it keeps starting at the wrong moment? Or when it starts it tries to do so from the start? Something might not be logged or accessed properly in the database. Because of this the mods remove access to Marty from the verification channel, and only give back access when its necessary to purge, in which case they use the command manually
