Track Renaming Bug

When tracks are loaded from the track menu and then renamed in the session, this change is not saved in the session json. This only happens when loading tracks from using custom-data-modal from a csv stored in a private gcp bucket as implemented in #318.

Sorry for the delayed response. We don't actually have a means to reproduce this as we don't have google cloud storage accounts. I'm trying to see what could cause this by code inspection but no luck so far.
