Enable view supplementary/chimeric alignments in Split View

With LRS, we loose the ability to view the mate in split screen which makes SV analysis a bit more tedious. Would it be feasible to enable the supplementary/chimeric alignment Split View from desktop IGV in igv.js? As usual, thank you for all the good work!

Yes, I will put this on my list. However "Link supplementary alignments" does not create split screen views, it just draws lines between alignments analogous to "view as pairs". I think you also want the equivalent of view mate in split screen, which IGV desktop also has. I'll add that also.
