Resolve cross-listed courses to their "primary course" #6
Description
ECE 448 is the ECE cross-listing for CS 440 and lists in the course description: "Same as CS 440. See CS 440."
The bot would resolve these cross-lists to the "primary course" and offer a translation for the user. Example output:
[ECE 448] -> [CS 440]: Artificial Intelligence -- ...etc...
