I’d like to suggest introducing a set of default branches—for example, a DEV branch (such as main), a TEST branch, a new default Pre-Prod branch, and a Prod branch that can be tagged for releases.
This structure could help streamline pull request integration and make testing easier by allowing tags to be applied directly to the Docker images.
