Header z-index Prevents Smooth Progress Bar Transition

I've applied bprogress (Next.js App Router) to my project. However, when I set a z-index and background-color for the header component, the progress bar exhibits a choppy disappearance as shown below.

Below is a portion of the CSS code for my header component (using vanilla-extract):

Additionally, I am using the Provider in the following way:

I attempted to resolve the issue by adjusting the z-index of the bprogress class, but it didn't work. Is there any solution available?
