This commit introduces filtering functionality to the blog page, allowing users to filter posts by tags and authors. This PR adds the ability to filter blog posts by tags and authors on the blog listing page. It also includes a 'Featured Posts' section.
Note: I was unable to fully verify these changes due to a persistent build timeout issue in the development environment. I have made several attempts to resolve this, including resetting the repository and re-implementing the changes, but the issue persists. The code is submitted with the best effort to be correct, but it may require further debugging in a different environment.
