Dataverse SPSS download file is empty

The dataverse API download file is able to work.
BUT!!!
The file downloaded is empty!!!!!!!!!!!!
There is no specific data in the download file!!!!!!!

So excited! I have finished all the works. Now, we can download datasets from Dataverse and store them into our database.
