sample not working #2

Description
The sample does not work for me.
> Use [Intel Media SDK] and [Intel OpenVINO SDK].
> Init OpenVINO Inference session.
> start to build inference instance on device:GPU
> set batch size: 1

> Initialize OpenVNIO session success.
> start to initialize decoding sessions with MSDK.

further analysis shows that it errors at line 2043:
Error -4 file: media-lab/video_analytics_Intel_GPU/video_analytics_example/main.cpp:L2043
Error -4 means MFX_ERR_MEMORY_ALLOC = -4, /* failed to allocate memory */
