Not showing scanned devices in list

So, I installed latest Intercepter-ng on Android 7.1.2 on Lineage OS. So when I start scan, and it finishes, but no devices in list. Can anyone help?

The application takes root
(the scan for device not visible and wireshark not working)
Tested for all samsung system (lollipop marshmallow +)
my device j7 2016 nougat.

Click on the Diagnostics button, i bet you have a problem with SELinux, because you are using Samsung.
To solve this you have to install a custom ROM like LineageOS.

Thank you friend. I'm taking look about the possibility of change my ROM and kernel. I really realized that this rom is blocking me to do some things that I used to do on my Moto Maxx.
