module.xml uses <CSPApplication> tag

module.xml uses a <CSPApplication> resource tag. This is apparently deprecated, and leads to a warning when trying to zpm install a package that depends on MDX2JSON:

WARNING: The <CSPApplication></CSPApplication> resource tag is deprecated and may be removed in a future release of IPM.
         Please contact the package developer of mdx2json to use <WebApplication></WebApplication> instead
