Fix underlined user icons in comments (reversi-corrected.css)

In reversi-corrected.css, pick a new color for the following:
```
comment div.icon {
    border-bottom: 5px solid #ddd;
}
```

I'm pretty sure it's falling through from the default skin, and it just looks really out of place.
