No summoning announcement & Error message due to character server

Summoning Announcement Bark with Location does not occur as expected. Character is not removed from the list. Error message occurs.
Error:
RaidSummon: Summoning Aborted. Your Target Thoriumb does not match the name you clicked Thoriumb-Ashkandi

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a raid
2. Invite Warlock character with Ritual of Summoning (min level 20)
3. Invite 2 characters near the summoner to click the summon portal
4. Invite 1 character to be summoned
5. Have character to be summoned type "/raid 123" to be added to the RaidSummon list
6. Warlock character will see the RaidSummon window popup with the character to be summoned's name complete with -server.
   In the screenshot example, Warlock Tipjara-Pagle sees the character Thoriumb-Ashkandi listed in the RaidSummon window popup.
7. Warlock Tipjara-Pagle left clicks the name Thoriumb-Ashkandi in the RaidSummon window popup to select the target.
8. Warlock Tipjara-Pagle right clicks the name Thoriumb-Ashkandi in the RaidSummon window to start the Ritual of Summoning.
9. Result: Ritual of Summoning DOES start and Thoriumb-Ashkandi is able to be summoned.
10. Issue: The character summoned is not removed from the list.
11. Issue: Announcement Bark does NOT happen. Error happens instead: RaidSummon: Summoning Aborted. Your Target Thoriumb does not match the name you clicked Thoriumb-Ashkandi

Expected behavior
Announcement Bark does happen. Error text does not happen.

Additional context
It seems the addon is unable to get the server info from the selected target and thus thinks the target is not the listed character to be summoned. The addon is able to discern the server of the character from "/raid 123" but it is not able to discern the server of the character from target.
