Party messages not read for keywords

Describe the bug
When in a party, the keyword 111 does not match 111 or ^111

Screenshot or LUA error paste
I mean it's empty so...

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Create a party - do NOT convert to raid

Expected behavior
It should add the player's name to the summon list

Additional context
Confirmed working by simply converting to raid & the player sending a 111 message
