hooks.md uses old modApiExt syntax

The hooks [readme](https://github.com/itb-community/ITB-ModUtils/blob/master/hooks.md) would benefit from being updated to use the newer `modapiext` syntax in its examples, so it's easier to copy-paste them into code that will be used with the newest modloader/extensions.
