Deleting a team breaks teams fetch api #159

When deleting a team which had already interacted with completing a skill
Deleting a team that had already interacted with the completion of a skill creates problems when retrieving the teams api.
This seems to result from the fact that the entries in the team_skill table are not deleted as well.
