Feature request: Windows Explorer open/save dialog

Vortex uses the old "Places bar" type of open/save dialog. This is very difficult to use!

Please could Vortex use the more modern Windows Explorer dialog?

There is two reasons to use modern open/save dialog. The first one you already described. The second reason is that the old dialog doesn't work with utf-8 encoding, which leads to a crash when trying to open a file with Cyrillic characters in the name.
