Some features required for this:
Support this in knuth-plass. See page 1152 in the knuth-plass paper.
If we support text wrap in the line breaking algorithms, we might not need to do much else except precalcualte individual line widths to give to the line breaking algorithms. We can still treat our renderobjeccts as rectangular boxes and simply paste the image above at a higher z level. There could be some issues there in terms of background colors with a transparent image, however.
