Please provide build instructions

Hi,
this seems to be a really nice mixer which I would love to use or at least to give it a try.
But unfortunately I am not an expert in C++.

Can you provide build instructions please?

Jacob, i'd like to know how to build MX2482 as well. I'm not a C++ expert either, and i'm using UbuntuStudio and Debian. Are there packages somewhere we can install and try?

N.b. This software requires a very high screen resolution!

@milkmiruku I'll add my thanks too. Unfortunately i still can't get this built. The error is:

../mx2482/aboutdialog.cpp:27:10: fatal error: QDialog: No such file or directory

compilation terminated.
Makefile:456: recipe for target 'aboutdialog.o' failed
make: *** [aboutdialog.o] Error 1

My system is up to date and i have all the QT5 bits installed.

@alextone; To be sure, do you have qtbase5-dev installed? *-dev packages contain source code that other projects include.
