Make Contributions Easier

Off the top of my head, for cleanup:

• Move journal executables to the cmd folder as per Go project standard
• Add an editorconfig and make everything 2 spaces, not 4
• Remove superfluous Makefile, but replace with build script(s) if building for Lambda

There may be more to add here as the progress towards v1.0 continues.
