Finetuned Qwen3-TTS Tokenizer for better audio quality

Hello! The UI is very user-friendly.

I created a fine-tuned version of the Qwen3-TTS Speech Tokenizer for 48kHz. Please feel free to try it out.
This patch improves the audio quality. I have confirmed that the downloaded WAV files are also at 48kHz.
