bug: Download Failed Model llama3.2-1b-instruct download failed: undefined

Describe the Bug

Getting the following error message:
"Download Failed Model llama3.2-1b-instruct download failed: undefined"

This happens when trying to download "Llama 3.2 1B Instruct Q8"

Once i disable protonvpn, the issue is resolved.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Run Pop_OS 22.04
2. Install Jan.ai v0.5.14
3. open the jan.ai app
4. Run protonvpn and connect to a US based server.
5. Go to the LLM hub
6. Download "Llama 3.2 1B Instruct Q8"

The error message will show up.
