Pre-release support for pfSense 25.07-RC

Hi,
I’m currently testing pfSense 25.07-RC, mainly because of the new if_pppoe kernel module which significantly improves performance for my setup. I understand this version is not officially supported yet, but I was wondering if there’s a pre-release or development version of the pfSense REST API that’s compatible with 25.07-RC, or if such support is planned ahead of the final release.

Yep, a pre-release for v2.6.0 with development builds for CE 2.8.1 and Plus 25.07 should be available sometime this weekend. A full release of v2.6.0 likely won't come until after CE 2.8.1 is out, or is at least in the RC phase. It's possible v2.5.x will receive a patch with a build for Plus 25.07 before that if there are not many compatibility issues.
