Describe the bug
not able to remove entries from the GUI, from System/REST API/Keys and System/REST API/Access List

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'System/REST API/Keys' or ' System/REST API/Access List'
2. Click on 'Add'
3. Click on 'Save' to add the entry
4. Go back to 'System/REST API/Keys' or ' System/REST API/Access List'

Expected behavior
Normally there is a delete and/or edit buttons to modify the entry

You're running v2.6.4 on pfSense CE 2.7.2? If so, that would be the issue. v2.6.4 is not compatible with pfSense CE 2.7.2. pfSense CE 2.8.0 made changes to the package UI framework that were not backwards compatible with 2.7.2. The latest REST API version with compatibility for 2.7.2 is v2.4.3.
