Support for Ollama

Greetings, I came across this while trying to figure out MCP and I love the demonstration. My only question is how could I adapt this to work with an Ollama API running in my environment? I'm happy to try and do the leg work and even update things here, but I'm not even sure where to get started.

Also, for the streamlit app branch, the readme is a bit confusing. For me, it sounded like I had to pass --config-file-path as a command line argument, I didn't realize I had to update things in the mcp_agent.config.yaml file.

Hi @ChadDa3mon. I haven't looked at the recent updates from mcp-agent which this gmail work leverages but it seems that support for Ollama has been added. They have an example here: https://github.com/lastmile-ai/mcp-agent/tree/main/examples/mcp_basic_ollama_agent. At first glance, it may require updating the configuration file(s) and a couple tweaks to the script to ensure it uses an alternative to anthropic.

The Streamlit app was a bit of work in progress. To run it, it should only require streamlit run streamlit_app.py and everything obtained from existing configuration files. I don't think any changes are necessary in mcp_agent.config.yaml.
