When using the /p command it does not show the UI

Issue description

• Expected result: The UI interface to be opened
• Actual result: It simply shows you the list of commands as if you were using /p help

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Go to the world of plots and use /p
2. UI interface does not open

OS and versions

• Plugin Version: Dev #805 (MyPlot v2.1.0)
• PocketMine-MP: 4.2.3
• PHP: 8.0.16
• Using JIT: no
• Server OS: linux
• Game version: Win10

Other Plugins

Plugins (3): FormAPI v2.1.0, MultiWorld v1.7.0-beta4, MyPlot v2.1.0

• If you remove all other plugins, does the issue still occur? Yes
