Fatal error: Cannot read property 'removeChild' of null

Running "inlinecss:main" (inlinecss) task
Fatal error: Cannot read property 'removeChild' of null

This is the error I see when I run grunt on my project folder. The inliner is the only task to run but I cannot get passed this... any ideas?

Are you using node 12?
Juice - one of the dependencies - has a similar problem which has a problem in its dep jsdom which has a problem with node 12

Can confirm this is the case with 0.12.3 also.

The version of Juice has been upgrade to ~3.0.1.

Please re-test.
