Resolve "~" to home directory

so that -H "~/.pandoc/templates/..." can work on both latex and macOS.

The shell will distinguish between a ~ outside of quotes, which it will resolve to HOME, and one inside quotes, which is just an ~ character. So if you want it to resolve to home, use -H ~/".pandoc/templates/...".
