Table of Contents on component pages #165
Description
Now that we have support for anchor-links (see #160), we could build a table of contents (ToC) for each component page, with links to each example. We could show it at the top of each components page, or we could have one of those fancy floating ToCs on the right hand side of the page.
If possible, the ToC should also include links to the Properties, Events, Methods, and Styles sections of the page.
