How to 'import'

Im new to this, sorry. 

But ive seen in other repo's there is a part where it says for example:
"Type this into the terminal"
`wget "https://raw.githubusercontent.com/davidsiems/bitpacker/live/command/dist/bp.js" /bitpacks/bp.js; alias bp="run /bitpacks/bp.js";`

So what would i do for this one?
