Make FPS/SR measurement less obtrusive. Optimize font choice and size

move FPS and SR to a widget under the other numbers instead of pasted over the top left corner of the display. 

Display FPS/SR updates even when there's no tidal volume update. 

Find good font that's installed by default on Pi, fiddle with font size scale values until we find the largest (for readability) that still looks good.
