Funding from developers

I suppose this falls under "donations", but Fody requires contributors to donate via their OpenCollective in order for their PRs to be looked at, which is... unique, and strikes me as a bad idea, but here it is nonetheless: https://github.com/Fody/Fody/blob/master/readme.md#licensingpatron-faq .

Think this deserves its own bullet point in `resources.md`?
