Alarm option "flipping the phone will dismiss alarm" delay

When I set it, alarm goes on and I flip the phone down but it doesn't turn the alarm off right away, and it also freezes every time when the flip option is on when the alarm starts ringing, slide just stops responding so I can't dismiss it right away, responds when I wait or lock and then unlock the phone. It does not freeze when the option is off. It seems like it's not been set to be more sensitive or it bugs and so it needs a bit time to respond and turn it off. Btw my sensors are working fine.
