CI changes Xcode

Xcode Image Deprecation - Xcode images 13.4.1, 15.1.0, 15.2.0, 15.3.0, 16.0.0, and 16.1.0 will be removed on November 7, 2025. Brownouts: Oct 22, Oct 29, Nov 5. Update your configs now to avoid job failures.

I have updated the macOS build to 15.4.0 as that is the only one that works at the moment. I have tried the latest version but it fails. I will let you know when it is working.

The issue is that opensource do not have access to the resource that allows running the 26.* version of xcode. I have a working version using 15.4.0 which should be OK for a little while. Perhaps they will allow us access to the 26.* versions in a little while.

Do you have a macOS system with a high resolution display, preferably version 15 you can test a plugin on? I have been trying unsuccessfully to install macOS Sequoia as a virtual guest so I can do some testing (I have catalina and Monteray working). This is really the wrong place to discuss this if you do have such a system as there is a thread in the ODraw repository regarding this

I am not publishing the xml at the moment, it's too dynamic. So you will need to do the 'import plugin' process downloading the tar.gz file from cloudsmith

I am getting strange results on windows 10, where from visual studio it seems to work OK, but from the installed OCPN it only partially works, i.e. the font sizes are 'correct' but the yellow background is way to small. I am not really sure why there is a difference, but.....
