All the content is roughly translated into zh-TW (Taiwanese Chinese) except the pun.
Make "prompt" and "shebang" in the paragraphs all-lowercase.
Translate "prompt" as "提示字元", which matches with Microsoft's translation (Command Prompt, 命令提示字元).
Unify style of paths.
Fix a typo and make sentences more readable.
"殼層" refers to electron shells, which are "layered" (層狀), and "shell" here is an opposite to "kernel".
