Create SVG consoles

As a snippet creator, I want the option to display my snippet in a console window to the users.

Create a Console window that will look like a macOS, Windows, or Linux terminal window.

1. On the frontend and the Admin areas, render the snippet in the terminal window.
2. Use the viewers operating system via browser, to determine what console window to show.
3. Provide overrides and defaults.
