Add functionality to splash page hamburger menu #19
Description
Neither logged in or logged out navbar hamburger menu has functionality as of yet. Thinking the logged-in hamburger menu would have redundant functionality as the main features of the homepage (opening the sidebars, weekend-bar, creating a new todo, settings, etc...). However, not sure if we need functionality (maybe an About or something? Demo login access) via the navbar hamburger before a user is logged in. I am cool either way.
