I was wondering if it would be possible to define the helical shape during the duplex build, eg a DNA::DNA sequence in an A-type helix?
Related, is it possible to define the required sugar pucker during the build step, e.g. HNA nucleotides in $^{1}C_{4}$ instead of $^{4}C_{1}$ ?
