activeStrategyLimit values from CustomBarnKitConfig.cfg not apply in game.
Logs shows the patch applied, but the game still uses the default progression {1, 3, 7} even in new saves.

What I tried already:
- Created an explicit "last-load" override
GameData/zz_ForceAdminStrategies.cfg that targets both a top-level ADMINISTRATION node and the CUSTOMBARNKIT/ADMINISTRATION nested node.
- Editing
CustomBarnKit/default.cfg directly - no change.
- Used Komplexity and it change values for all buildings except
@activeStrategyLimit for Administration.
May be this value referenced wrong in Custom Barn Kit itself?
