Export to GIF?

Problem Statement

I often share my captures in a couple of places as a GIF, and it would be nice if captures could be exported to a GIF natively.

Proposed Solution

Add the option to export a capture to a GIF. Additionally, it'd be nice to copy this to the clipboard.

Alternatives Considered

Obviously this can be achieved with external tools, but would still be nice to have!
