Handspring Visor hangs on Identifying User #70
Description
When I attempt to "Install User" the Handspring Visor will hang and eventually timeout on a screen that says "Identifying User". The JPilot log shows:

Press the HotSync button now
****************************************
dlp_ReadSysInfo error
Exiting with status SYNC_ERROR_PI_CONNECT
Finished.
If I try to sync, it also errors out.
