Inline image and formatted code

Hello, I was wondering if it's currently possible to create new Tickets with inline images and formatted code, like can be done with ZenDesk website

Inline images and monospace code are available both in Zendesk's Markdown flavor and in HTML. From Zendesk Developer Docs:

Three types of bodies are supported: plain_body, body, and html_body. [...] Use html_body instead of body to include HTML. [...] Markdown formatting is supported in body but not in html_body.

So yeah, I think this is already supported.
