[FEAT] Window controls hard to see with bright/white images

The Window controls are not easy to see over a bright or white image.

Describe the solution you'd like
I'd like the UI to be refined to be more visible against white backgrounds. A black outline around the icons would be nice.

Thanks for the feedback! I'll try to adjust the outlines and shadows to improve visibility.
