Query user for database, update docs to use database, not *.*

Granting your user access to every database is pretty wild, why not have the script prompt for the database name at first setup, and in your docs the grant line should be databasename.* not *.*

Could just default to fcc_amateur like it does; in which case just document fcc_amateur.*
