svPart directive is rewriting $ctrl thus breaking angular 1.5 components

It has been discussed in the following issues: #96 #106 (both are closed, for a reason which is beyond me)
Then there's an unmerged PR which doesn't get any love: #98

As more folks update their apps to use 1.5 angular components, the problem is starting to become more of a pain.

Please consider to merge the suggested PR (or fix it otherwise)

as this project had now again some coding-acitivity in the last months, I'd like to emphasize this issue, espacially as an apropriate PR already exists...
