ERROR: LBA Change Test Failed ! Write Issue ? #996

Hi assembled a 3 pcs of this project https://github.com/OlegMishin/GotekFlashFloppy
The components for all pcb are identical, but with one receive this error:
ERROR: LBA Change Test Failed ! Write Issue ?
when start it with autoboot mode, tested a different version firmware like 3.29 3.44 and 4.6a the problem remains the same. Any solution?
