get_var() errors

Downloaded the latest ACLIM2-main and getting an error when running get_var function.

get_var()
Error in dplyr::select():
In argument: all_of(c(sellist, "mnVal_hind")).
Caused by error in all_of():
! Can't subset elements that don't exist.
Elements sd_val, scen, and mnVal_hind don't exist.
Run rlang::last_trace() to see where the error occurred.
Warning message:
Unknown or uninitialised column: RCP.

I ran into this issue starting on line 584 of ACLIM2_quickStart.RMD. Here are some notes that might be useful for debugging:

1. The ACLIM_weekly_hind data lacks the sd_val column, which is called in on lines 92 and 179 of the get_var function. Maybe adding if statements contingent on typeIN could fix this.

2. Line 179 of get_var() also explicitly removes the mn_val field, but the subsequent code in the quick start attempts to plot by that variable. Should mn_val be left in for weekly data?

3. On line 665 the plotTS function also attempts to plot mn_val.

Hi Ellen - sorry for the slow reply - yes, I inadvertently failed to include the sd_var for the hind data in one of my select () functions and so it's returning an error now. I have it resolved on my local code but am having some commit issues - hoping to push the resolution by wed. I will send an update once it's up there and if you could retest that would be great.
