"No Transparency" Option?

This is an awesome theme, but I find transparent elements like those in the headers to be distracting. This theme would be awesome if it had a way to easily remove the transparent elements and make them solid.

If you read the comments you will find a how to make the header bars solid
metal. Check it out. If you are using the Ubuntu version I believe the
comment is on the gnome version page.
